OUR SERVICES

 At YIRRA, we provide dedicated Support Coordination delivered by experienced and culturally grounded First Nations Support Coordinators. We work closely with participants to help them understand their NDIS plans, connect with the right services, and build the skills and confidence to manage their supports independently. Our team is committed to delivering culturally safe, person-centred guidance that respects community, culture, and individual goals — ensuring every participant feels supported, empowered, and heard throughout their NDIS journey. 

 At YIRRA, our Support Work services are designed to provide practical, one-on-one support that promotes independence, confidence, and community connection. We offer Respite, Community Participation 1:1 assistance tailored to each participant’s individual goals, including mentoring, developing daily living skills, and building capacity for greater independence.

Our team supports participants with community access, social engagement, and skill building, ensuring they feel confident navigating everyday life. Through culturally safe and person-centred support, we empower individuals to strengthen their abilities, connect with their community, and work toward meaningful outcomes.
